| It
all starts with a Custom Blueprint design of YOUR Pool and Spa project.
Upon your approval, we proceed to the first of 12 steps:

We
lay out the design in your back yard for exact location and elevation. |

|
We
form and shape your Pool or built-in Spa, and excavate and remove
the soil |
|
3
|
After
excavation, we install any floor plumbing in the base of the Pool |
|

|
Next
we install a grid of steel framework to establish the backbone of
your Pool or spa. |
|

|
We
then install any remaining plumbing, and the electrician grounds the
Pool. |

|
The
building and electrical inspector’s inspect the Pool. |
|
7
|
We
are now ready to Gunite the Pool. This process is the noisiest and
dirtiest, but it’s also the most important step (and the best
to watch!). We hand shape the entire Pool and Spa, with all of your
steps and benches hand carved out of Gunite. |

|
There
is a short curing time before any more work can occur. |
|

|
We
then rough grade the Pool, and start the Coping and Tile process. |
|

|
If
you have a cantilevered Patio, we will form and pour the Patio. |
|

|
After
the Patio, its time to set the equipment and prep the Pool for Plaster
or a Pebble Tec finish. |
|
12
|
This
is the final step. . . we fill the Pool with water and it’s time
to swim! |
