How we are working through the COVID-19 issue

Our team here at Ferrari Pools would like to give you an update on how we are dealing with the COVID-19 crisis on our end and how we are continuing to serve our customers under these conditions. We understand that your home is at many times, a place of relaxation and solitude so we want to do our part to make sure we can serve you without interruption.

Showroom is Open 

The showroom is open and we are practicing all safe procedures such as mask-wearing and physical distancing. You may also call our showroom and schedule an appointment with our staff if you feel more comfortable.

Products Are Still Available

We can offer you free delivery on products you need or you can take advantage of our curbside pickup.

From the chemicals you need to keep your hot tub, swim spa, and swimming pool safe and clean, to other products, we are ready to assist. We know your hot tub may be your place of relaxation in these times and we want to make sure we have what you need when you need it.  You can email Diane at our office to arrange for chemical delivery or curbside pickup. dhunter@FerrariPools.com

We also have a dropbox at our front door, allowing you to leave a water sample for us to test. Just let us know that you have left that sample.

If you are wondering if your hot tub or swim spa is safe to use during this COVID-19 crisis, we suggest you visit the CDC website for more guidance and up-to-date information. Following all safety procedures on site 

With respect to our swimming pool construction, maintenance and repairs, we continue working. We are monitoring any cities or towns that have implemented additional measures and will abide by those directives. Our teams as you know are working outside, and maintain the recommended distance from others and we ask that you respect their space as well as they perform any service for you.  

If you have contacted us about hot tub or swim spa maintenance, again, we want you to know that we are following all guidelines of social distancing with our crews and your family as we work on your spas.

If we do have crews on-site, we ask that you as well practice social distancing to help keep them safe and healthy.

Please note that in some cases, inspections and permitting for certain projects may be delayed because of closures at town offices and we will advise you how we are proceeding on your behalf.
