I love my hot tub

We had a custom pool designed and installed by Ferrari after exploring several options. They handled all of the permitting, inspections and subcontractors, so it was seamless experience. They also constructed a fire pit and stone seating area. All in all, this exceeded our expectations in how the pool came out. Its very hard to visualize a mark on the ground, but Jason Ward has a great eye for it. We also use Ferrari for opening/closing and service during the season, and their employees are knowledgable, meticulous and professional. Pool always looks great and water is clean. Highly recommend for both design/installation and maintenance.

I had the pleasure of having Mark personally take care of our hot tub installation. He dedicated a lot of his time to make sure our family is comfortable in using our new hot tub and understand the necessary maintenance. The setup for the hot tub is very straight forward and Mark was very helpful in personalizing it for our needs. I recommend his service and am happy to share the hot tub is amazing, we love using it!

Hot tub jets failed after 10 months of ownership. Called Ferrari service, spoke to Becky. She was amazing! Scheduled service for me that day. From there Wes arrived. Friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Fixed the SPA in nasty cold weather. I guess all I can say is Thank You ! Yes, no charge at all. Warranty covered. Good work always follows good people !

I have worked with Al of Ferrari Pools for over a year. He and his crew have recently done some Gunite, leak repair and plumbing work.

When it was discovered that a mistake had been made, Al owned right up to it and promptly dispatched a team to make the correction free-of-charge. The repair was top-quality. The crew even stayed longer in 97 degree heat to make an unrequested improvement to the pool plumbing. This recommendation is well-earned.

We had our pool renovation done by Ferrari pools recently: new pebble aggregate and new tile, also stamped concrete deck cleaning and sealing. Project supervisor was Lackey, and he was outstanding. He answered or returned our calls quickly, started the project on time, finished on time, high quality work and we’re thrilled with the result. Based on our experience we can recommend highly and without reservation!

Matt and Becky are so incredibly helpful and kind. My pool is always a problem due to all the trees surrounding my yard. Every year there are issues and they stick with it . They’re the best part of having a pool!

We were thrilled with the recent renovation of our gunite pool by Ferrari. The materials and equipment are of high quality; the workmenship was impressive. The pool and surrounding area look amazing. The project was managed very professionally. Once the work started the team came every day, without exception resulting in completion much more quickly than anticpated. Communication was flawless.

First, if you're trying to get work done right now (Spring 2020) just know they (and apparently every pool place) is VERY busy. It took a little bit to get started but once we did they did a fantastic job.

Al and Lackey are both super knowledgeable. Diane was very pleasant and helpful but initially hard to get a hold of. Once we got started work went quickly though and looks beautiful.

Ferrari Pools recently renovated a 23,000 gallon free form chlorinated pool located on the South Shore and the results are stunning! I spent 6+ months researching pool builders. The final renovation included pebble technology as well as a conversion to a heated saltwater system. With these customer driven upgrades, Ferrari Pools still came in $15,000 less than a well-known South Shore pool builder who only offered a basic renovation. Ferrari came in on time and on budget.

From the initial walk through to the design, construction and maintenance, the process has been simple and straightforward. Lacky goes above and beyond project managing with a careful eye. He has made the process easy and truly fun. The whole Ferrari Team is friendly, responsive, efficient, honest and hard working. This team produces high quality work and their attention to detail is bar none. The team is extremely skilled in their craft and extremely communicative. Ferrari Pools sets the bar in design and integrity among all New England pool builders.

We have a Gunite pool that Ferrari Pools installed in 1983. After forty years it was showing its age (some small cracks and plaster wearing off exposing concrete) and it was time to be resurfaced. We called Ferrari and Tony Zagame came out to measure the pool and take some notes. He walked us through the several options available to us and we selected a pebble finish looking for the aesthetics and durability. The work got scheduled sooner than we expected and Ferrari's construction supervisor (Lacky) was incredibly helpful explaining what was to be done and ensuring the work was done efficiently and properly with minimal mess.. When the water was delivered and we found that the pool wasn't holding the water, a call to Lacky was all it took to resolve the problem (a faulty hydrostatic valve). Lacky knew immediately what the problem was and by the next morning it was resolved.

A real test of a company is not when everything goes perfectly smoothly - that's what is expected. The real test is when a problem arises, how quickly is it resolved and what hoops does one have to jump through to get it resolved. In Ferrari's case, they were right on top of it and resolved it as soon as they were notified. For any pool installation or repair, I would highly recommend Ferrari Pools & Spas.

We could not be HAPPIER with the service, the quality of workmanship and the overall experience working with Ferrari Pools. They even moved the hot tub to replace the pavers that were under the tub to match what we chose for the patio pavers. Lacky and his crew were a well rehearsed orchestra. There were zero hiccups and not a single idle moment in the 3 days they were here. My husband and I recently had our 18+. year old pool and patio renovated. Ferrari Pools did an outstanding job! Al, Lacky, Diane and Keith were a pleasure to work with. Al & Lacky kept the project on schedule and Diane was always responsive to our questions. Lacky was great coordinating the pebbling, managing the job on-site, communicating with us to what was happening and when as well as coordinating with the company to fill the pool. Al was great with on-site management and made certain our pool was up and running properly. Keith and his team did a beautiful job on our patio! Keith is such an expert when it comes to patio design, we could not be happier! A great team who takes a lot of pride in their work, so very pleased!

We just recently had our 30+ year old pool renovated with new coping and tiling as well as some concrete repair and replacement of a skimmer. It's never easy to renovate due to unforeseen conditions, but Ferrari Pools was willing to take on the project. Originally quoted back in September by the estimator Tony, work began this spring. One thing I appreciated is that they honored the original quote from Fall of 2021 even though I'm sure there were rising costs across the industry due to inflation and manufacturing lead times.

Because we were a small job requiring multiple trades we were fit between other projects. Our project manager was Lacky, and he was honest, forthright, and communicative throughout the improvement from initial inspection to punch list coordination. Anytime we called or texted, he immediately responded. If there was an issue or question he or another team member would be our at our house that day for resolution. Lacky made sure the renovation completed in time for the summer season and has continued to be a resource for any of our pool-related questions.

Had our hot tub installed today. Wes and his crew were OUTSTANDING. Arrived on time, professional, courteous and the electrician even swept our deck after his installation! Wes (and Matt) spent at least 45 minutes going over everything and patiently answered all of our questions in addition to their valuable instruction, tips and info. Personable and EXTREMELY helpful.

Was extremely impressed with the knowledge and service provided my Mark Hunter. We purchased a hot tub in September 2019 coincident with construction of a new home in Shrewsbury. The tub was sunk into the ground to improve the aesthetic and ease of access - Mark and the folks at Ferrari coordinated with our builder for an outstanding result. Installed my pool in 1985. I had it restored 2000 with another company, they couldn't meet my time line and they just finished another restoration now, 19 years later. Getting a hot tub has always been a dream of mine. Buying it from Ferrari Pools was the best decision i've made in a long time, maybe even ever. Not only do they have a great selection but installation, teaching you how to use it and the customer service is top notch. I have learned to measure a place by the small things. Ferrari always remember my name, which hot tub i have and they ever directed us to a great restaurant. They are the best, you'll never regret it.

Purchased a LaZboy hot tub from Ferrari Pools and Spa in 2016. Spoke with Diane at the office. She couldn’t have been nicer.

Delivery was prompt and as advertised. Went through spa tutorial and have not had an issue since last week.
We had an electrical short. Called Diane and she set up her team to come fix the issue. Two gentleman came to the house and diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue. Works perfectly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try Diane and her team if you are looking to purchase a hot tub or pool. They take customer service to the next level.

My friends call my backyard Disney World Shrewsbury!!! When I called Ferrari Pools last year, I had an idea of what I wanted but really needed the expertise of someone to lay things out and make suggestions. Jason and Diane are Amazing!! The quality of workmanship is better than what I expected. They were able to show me examples of what I wanted and made suggestions to change my idea's for the better. I have an amazing Ferrari backyard that includes a waterfall spilling into my pool with two fire bowls on either side, gas torches surrounding the outside of my property, a lower kitchen with burners, a giant grille, bar sink, and refrigerator as well as a granite bar seating area. I have an upper backyard area that includes a patio with a bar and sink and refrigerator and kegerator.
